Permits are in hand, we’ve had TONS of progress, and it’s looking good to be open for our members the last week of January! Here’s a peek at where we’re at now…
All the rooms – offices, meeting room, kitchenette and bathroom – are roughed in on the studio side, and you can really get a sense of both the coziness of the offices and the big open space we’ll still be left with. They’ve also started to put in the open staircase that will lead up to the mezzanine.
The biggest change might just be the beams. We were a little sad to see the cedar go, but white is making all the difference; the space feels light, bright, airy and modern.

On the bar side… we’ve got a bar! And she’s huge. The kitchen is also all laid out, and she’s pretty big, too. Plumbing and electric have been added in, and we’ve passed our first round of inspections.
Next up: installing the kitchen hood, and pouring the concrete pavers in the back. We’re stoked to see so much progress!
